| The price for each item includes food prep time. There is an additional fee for shopping, set-up, and clean-up. That fee will range from $100 to $150. Items in red, new for 2011 & 2012. SPECIALITY SPREADS & DIPS CURRIED GOUDA SPREAD - $25/$18 Gouda, cream cheese, honey, lemon juice and curry powder: processed until smooth and well blended. Refrigerated overnight and served with crackers. PARTY TIME LAYERED DIP - $25/$18 Sour cream, salt, & dill weed combined until smooth. Spread on a plate and topped with shredded cheddar cheese, French onion dip (over cheese), and topped with onions, chopped olives, and chopped egg. Sprinkled with paprika. This is very nice. SHRIMP RAREBIT SPREAD - $35/$20 Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and beer warmed in a saucepan over low heat. Shrimp, worcestershire sauce and crisp, crumbled bacon are added to the melted cheese mixture. Served warm with French bread. JAZZY JEZEBEL SAUCE SPREAD - $20/$15 Apricot, pineapple and apple jellies are combined with horseradish and Coleman’s spicy Engish mustard in a food processor. This both sweet and spicy mixture is layered over a block of softened cream cheese. Served with crackers. THAI SPINACH DIP - $30/$25 A spicy yogurt, spinach, peanut butter based dip, served with carrots and zucchini slices. BLUE CHEESE & WALNUT DIP WITH WALDORF CRUDIES $35/$30 Walnuts, mayo, buttermilk, shallots, white wine vinegar and blue cheese served with sliced apples, skewered grapes,and endive spears. SALAD Our salads are artfully presented on a buffet table with individual bowls. CAESAR SALAD - $65/$40 The Caesar Salad was first tossed by Caesar Cardini at the Hotel Comercial in Tijuana, Mexico around 1924. Cardini had run out of some of his salad making ingredients and used what he had to invent this timeless salad. He moved his successful restaurant and salad to the newly constructed Caesar Hotel in 1929. The restaurant and hotel still operate today. In 1978, I consumed my first Caesar Salad there. Tossing an authentic Caesar Salad is a culinary art form. We are artist. Our own dressing using fresh lemons, eggs, parm cheese, virgin olive oil and more. Tossed with crisp bacon and anchovies (if you wish – and you should…) Artfully presented on the buffet table with individual salad bowls. SPINACH SALAD - $65/$40 Fresh baby spinach mixed with sauteed creole mushrooms and bacon. Tosed withour own cream spinach dressing. GREEK SPINACH SALAD - $65/$40 No Greek cook would be worth his tossing spoons without a signature Greek Salad. Baby spinach, sundried tomatoes, feta, olives, red onions, and my lemn-garlic dressing. RAINBOW CHOPPED SALAD - $70/40 Chopped romaine hearts, red cabbage, apple, pear, mango, walnuts, blue cheese and a dressing of red wine vinegar, shallots, honey, and virgin olive oil. (Offered from May - August) TASTE OF THE SEASON SALAD - $60/$35 For the cold weather months, we offer mixed greens with roasted pecans, and fresh pears. This tasty salad has a mustard based dressing and is topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. (Offered September - April) SEAFOOD Crab Imperial is one of our finest and most popular appetizers. We use only fresh lump crabmeat which is mixed with sautéed peppers, onions & garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, pimento, Worcestershire, and Tabasco. We serve it both baked and cold… Crab Imperial in individual phyllo shells - $70/$45 Crab Imperial in baked stuffed mushrooms - $75/$50 Crab Rangoons - $70/$45 Pierces 1894 Restaurant sadly closed its doors during the summer of 2008. For over a century, it truly was one of our country’s finest fine dining establishments. Their most famous appetizer (and our personal favorite) was their legendary crab rangoons. We combine lump crabmeat with cream cheese, Worchestershire, and onion salt. This mixture is folded into a Chinese wonton wrap and deep fried. Passed with oyster sauce. These are really “to die for.” Crab Cakes with lemon aioli - $70/$45 Everyone has a crab cake recipe. We have ours. You will love them. We make our own bite size cakes with fresh lump crabmeat, pan fry them, top them with a dollap of our unique sauce and pass. Cream Puff Crab Appetizers - $75/$50 Freshly made egg creampuffs are stuffed with a delicious crabmeat (or shrimp) mixture. Traditional Shrimp Cocktail - $90 About 80 pieces, beautifully presented with two unique sauces. We boil and individually clean each piece of shrimp. Poached Shrimp with Lemon-Horseradish dipping sauce - $95 Large shrimp, about 80 pieces, poached in a dry, local chardonnay or riesling, with peppercorns, lemon, and bay leaves. Passed with an interesting horseradish sauce. Orange Thai Shrimp or Shrimp Vinaigrette - $95 About 80 pieces of shrimp, cooked and cleaned and marinated in a spicy orange Thai sauce or in a vinaigrette of white wine, olive oil, dijon mustard, shallots, freshly minced ginger and chopped dill. These shrimp are not served with dipping sauces. Rosemary Grilled Shrimp Cocktail - $110 (about 80 pieces) Raw shrimp is marinated in olive oil and fresh rosemary, then grilled, chilled and presented with sauce louis. STUFFED MUSHROOMS Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - $70/$45 Reuben Mushrooms - $70/$45 Just like it sounds, a reuben broiled in a mushroom. PIZZA We have developed a great flatbread for pizza. Included below are just two possibilites. We can create anything your little "pizza heart" desires. We bake the 10" pizzas in a 500 oven on authentic pizza stones. They are cut into bite sized pieces and passed. Spiced Pear with goat cheese and mustard cream - $12 each Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese - $10 each Roman Style Pizza with roasted cherry tomatoes - $12 each Authentic Italian thin crust pizza topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, freshly grated parm cheese, buffalo mozzarella cheese and basil. SOUPS Whether it be our creamy crab bisque, roasted yellow pepper soup, our our chilled melonball or gaspacho soups, Table for Two can create a soup for your gathering. Prices will vary depending upon the type of soup that we create. CHILI Our authentic Texas Roadhouse Chili has chopped beef, pork, and ground beef with peppers, onions, garlic, chiles, and enough spices to make this chili one that you will not forget. Authentic Texas Chili has no beans. They can be srved on the side. Texas Roadhouse Chili - $75/$50 CHICKEN, PORK, & BEEF Fajita Steak(or Chicken) Roll-Ups - $75/$45 Marinated steak (or chicken) thinly slicd and rolled in a large fajita wrap with shreded lettuce, salsa, sour cream. sauteed onions & peppers. Boneless Buffalo Chicken Appetizers - $65/$40 Boneless chicken tenders are soaked overnight in our own marinade of honey, chili sauce, soy, hot pepper sauce, ginger, and cumin. The tenders are then fried in a large skillet and passed in bite size portions with our own blue cheese sauce. Heaven is in a piece of chicken. Coconut Chicken Fingers with Marmalade Dipping Sauce $65/$40 Baked chicken fingers (bite size) in a tasty coconut breading. Passed with a great sweet & sour orange sauce. Chicken Rigi - $70/$45 Maryalice’s (famed) version of Chicken Rigatonis. These are fabulous, but not for the faint of heart – they are spicy. Served hot in a small cup with a fork and napkin. Milk is available to cool your mouth. Barbecued Chicken Quesadillas - $70/$45 We grill chicken marinated in our hickory barbecue sauce, thinly slice and combine it with fresh slaw & onions and cheese in a tortilla shell. The shell is grilled until the cheese is melted, cut into bite size pieces and passed with sour cream and barbecue sauce. Turkey Club Roll-Ups - $65/$40 Tender turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato tightly rolled in a large flat tortilla. Cut and presented in bite size pieces. Chinese Roast Pork Strips - $70/$45 Pork tenderloin marinated in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, brown sugar, and garlic is roasted, cut into bite size pieces and served with two Chinese style sauces. Dinosaur Pulled Pork with slaw - $75/$50 We would guess that the most famous barbecue joint in this part of the country is the famed Dinosaur Barbecue (in Syracuse, Rochester, and now in Harlem.) Their acclaimed sauces are available at supermarkets everywhere. We hand pull our slow roasted pork, then soak it with the famed Dinorsaur barbeque sauce, and then slowly cook it for two more hours. Served in a small cup (with a fork), topped with Dinorsaur style slaw. Jerked Pork Bites with dipping sauce - $70/$45 The “jerking” of meat was made famous in Jamaica. Our authentic jerk paste (not a rub) smothers fresh pork tenderloins which then sit overnight. The tenderloins are grilled, then sliced into bite sized pieces and passed with a very unique dipping sauce using the spicy paste. BBQ Beef Filled Wontons - $70/$45 Tender roast beef is thinly sliced and mixed with our tasty barbeque sauce, placed in individual wonton cups and topped with Montery Jack Cheese – which is quickly melted in the broiler. Bourbon Cocktail Meatballs - $65/$40 If you like cocktail meatballs, you will love these. Served with a hot pepper bourbon chili sauce. Individually passed and then presented in a hot chaffing dish. Roast Beef & Swiss Wrap with horseradish sauce - $70/$45 Rare roast beef and swiss with our spicy horseradish sauce and lettuce in a sandwich wrap sliced in bite sized pieces. Slowly roasted and sliced. Bistecca alla Florentina The national dish of Florence: USDA choice sirloin marinated overnight in oli, fresh garlic and rosemary. Grilled, then sliced and topped with freshly squeezed lemon, virgin olive oil and an alfredo style sauce with spinach and nutmeg. Sliced Sirloin with Two Goats Stout Pan Sauce or McKenzie Rye Whiskey Sauce Marinated Eye of the Round Balsamic & Dijon Glazed Pit Ham Misc Appetizers Spinach Turnovers - $65/$40 You will think that we imported these from Athens. Our own turnover crust baked with a delicious spinach and cheese mixture. Served hot. Creole Deviled Eggs - $60/$35 Yeah, yeah… deviled eggs. These are NOT your mama’s deviled eggs. Hot Cheese Squares - $45/$25 Mayonaisse, parm cheese, worcestershire, minced onion and sherry are combined and spread over small bread squares and broiled. Very tasty. Fresh Crudite with Dip - $70/$40 Fresh dipping vegetables so artfully arranged, you will feel guilty taking the first bite. Fresh Fruit Mountain - $70/$40 With 3 Wegman’s Markets less than 30 minutes from our door, an incredible array of fresh, exotic fruits is never a problem. Also camera ready.
